Everton make unexpected decision regarding Sean Dyche’s future

For a manager who typically emphasizes the positives, Sean Dyche would not have envisioned starting the season with three consecutive losses.

The chaos on the field seems to reflect the turmoil off it, as Everton lurches from one crisis to the next.

Sean Dyche Given the Dreaded Vote of Confidence

Following the collapse of a potential takeover deal with 777 Partners, current owner Farhad Moshiri is reportedly attempting to strike a new deal with John Textor ahead of the club’s move to a brand-new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock next season.

However, a state-of-the-art stadium would look out of place in the Championship, which is where Everton could end up if Dyche can’t reverse the current downward spiral.

While there may be valid reasons to part ways with the manager if results continue to falter, The Telegraph reports that Dyche’s position is secure for now.

Both Moshiri and director of football Kevin Thelwell believe he should be given the rest of the season to turn things around.

With so much instability already surrounding the club, a managerial change would only add to the chaos.

If Dyche can rediscover the form that has saved Everton in past seasons, even narrowly avoiding relegation would be seen as a success.

Whether Dyche would be allowed to lead the club into their new stadium next season remains an open question.
