Leeds United Target Bargain Signing Also Attracting Interest from Everton and Leicester City
Leeds, Everton, and Leicester Linked with FCSB's Joyskim Dawa

Leeds United may be focused on signing a midfielder, but they are reportedly keeping an eye on Steaua Bucharest center-back Joyskim Dawa, who is also attracting interest from Everton, Leicester City, and Fulham.
The 28-year-old Cameroon international has gained attention with his standout performances in the Europa League this season, sparking rumors of a potential move to England.
Although Dawa has spent most of his career in Ukraine, Latvia, and Romania, he is now considered a “late bloomer” and is tipped for a transfer to the Premier League.
Scouts from several clubs, including Leeds, have reportedly watched Dawa impress in a 1-0 victory over PAOK before the international break.
With a reported release clause of just £4 million, Dawa is expected to be in high demand come January.
His experience as an international player and his ambition to play in England make him an attractive prospect at a bargain price.
Steaua owner Gigi Becali made it clear this summer that Dawa could leave if his transfer demands were met, stating, “If someone pays the money for him, we will let him go!”
Dawa played 36 of 40 matches last season to help Steaua win their first league title in nine years. He has also scored twice in Champions League qualifying this season.
Though Steaua fell short of reaching the Champions League, they have qualified for the Europa League, where they currently top their group alongside Tottenham and Lyon after two wins from two.
