Report: Ruben Amorim’s Brief Praise for Leicester Boss Following Man United Victory

Manchester United staged a dramatic comeback to secure a 2-1 victory at the Etihad Stadium, with a last-minute goal from Amad Diallo clinching all three points for the Reds and sending them back to Old Trafford on a high.

Following the match, manager Ruben Amorim was asked about Diallo’s impressive performance.

However, he downplayed his role in the young star’s development, instead crediting former United coach Ruud van Nistelrooy and current boss Erik ten Hag for their influence.

Amad is in a great moment right now, but credit must go to Erik for bringing him into the first team and to Ruud for the great work he did. We’re just continuing to build on their efforts.”
