View: £50m+ West Ham star appears set for exit following Ben Jacobs transfer update
Lucas Paqueta could be set to leave West Ham if a January transfer is completed at the London Stadium.

The Brazilian midfielder has been linked with a move away from West Ham in recent months, with South American club Botafogo showing interest in a potential deal, according to The Sun on Sunday.
However, no transfer has materialized so far, and the 27-year-old has generally struggled to find his form under Julen Lopetegui’s management.
There is a possibility that his situation could improve under Graham Potter, but that may be impacted by a potential incoming transfer.
Paqueta, who joined West Ham for £51 million in 2022 (Sky Sports), has largely been a successful addition to the team.

He is considered one of the club’s top players, often attracting interest from other clubs.
Despite this, Potter could seek to bring in a new winter signing to potentially replace the Brazilian in the squad.
Ben Jacobs reported on January 9th that West Ham is among the clubs interested in Carney Chukwuemeka, who is expected to leave Chelsea this month.
Although a loan move to Strasbourg has been suggested, the opportunity to reunite with Potter could be appealing for the 21-year-old.
If West Ham pursues a loan move for Chukwuemeka, assurances about his playing time in the second half of the season could be part of the deal.
This could open the door for Paqueta’s departure, as the young former Aston Villa star may begin to take priority in the squad.
