Tottenham make initial move for Atalanta star keen on Premier League return.

A prolific Serie A forward with nearly 50 goals in three seasons is set for a Premier League move this summer, with Tottenham among the frontrunners for his signature.

Ademola Lookman has been a standout performer since joining Atalanta in 2022, netting 49 goals in 108 appearances for the Serie A club.

However, recent reports from Italy suggest his future is uncertain following a public fallout with manager Gian Piero Gasperini last month.

This has sparked speculation that Tottenham Hotspur could make a move for the forward, and a new update has further strengthened their chances.

Lookman Attracting Interest from Spurs and Liverpool

According to JuveLive, Lookman appears set to leave Bergamo at the end of the season, with a return to the Premier League looking increasingly likely.

His representatives have reportedly made it clear that he is open to a move back to England.

Tottenham, Chelsea, and Liverpool are all keen on securing the Nigerian international’s signature.

While Juventus are also interested, Atalanta would prefer not to sell to a domestic rival, giving English clubs a clear advantage in the race.

Spurs Willing to Spend Big on Lookman

The report further states that both Spurs and Liverpool have already taken steps toward signing the former Everton attacker.

Both clubs are reportedly prepared to table a €45m (£37.4m) bid.

Juventus have also reached out to Lookman’s camp, but their chances of securing a deal appear to be fading.

Currently, Tottenham and Liverpool’s pursuit of the Atalanta forward is more advanced than Juventus’, making a Premier League return the most probable outcome for the prolific winger.
