Described as a “talented winger,” Dare was previously with Southampton and was seen warming up before Tottenham’s Under-21s secured a dominant 4-0 victory over Blackburn Rovers’ Under-21s in Premier League 2 at the Lamex Stadium on Friday, March 14.
