Graham Potter has found it difficult to get the best out of his squad and hasn’t delivered the transformation fans hoped for following Julen Lopetegui’s dismissal.

But I’m not convinced about his handling of the media—and I would tell him that directly. He’s a friend, and I’ve worked with him, so I’d be honest with him about that.”

Despite Pardew’s support for Potter’s managerial abilities, the pressure continues to mount.

West Ham supporters are growing increasingly restless, especially given the team’s position near the bottom of the Premier League table.

There’s already speculation over whether Potter is the right man to steer the club forward.

Although Potter can’t be held entirely accountable for the club’s disappointing season—largely impacted by Lopetegui’s earlier tenure—he must accept responsibility for their recent poor run of results.
