West Ham United are preparing for a significant overhaul in their attacking ranks following the departure of Danny Ings, who has exited the club as a free agent.

Michail Antonio’s contract has also expired, and while he is currently unattached, the club has yet to confirm whether he will officially depart.

The report adds that West Ham are currently in the strongest position to secure his signature.

Arias, who plays for Fluminense, is valued at around £15 million by Transfermarkt and has three years remaining on his contract. As such, the Brazilian club are expected to demand a substantial fee for his services.

Primarily a right winger, the 27-year-old is also comfortable operating as a second striker or on the left flank.

Arias gained wider recognition with standout displays at the Club World Cup earlier this year, registering two goal contributions in four matches.

He also played a key role in helping Fluminense eliminate Inter Milan in the round of 16, earning the man of the match award despite not scoring or assisting.

Known for his pace, strength, dribbling ability, and relentless work rate off the ball, Arias could be a fitting replacement should Kudus depart in the coming weeks.
