Though he initially went out on several loans, the 28-year-old has firmly established himself at Torino over the past five seasons, registering an impressive 52 clean sheets in 158 appearances.
Standing at 6ft 8in, Milinkovic-Savic is known for his commanding presence between the posts.
Interestingly, he once spent 18 months with Manchester United from 2014 to early 2016, though he never made a senior appearance during his time at Old Trafford. A return to England now looks possible.
Following a standout performance in a 2-1 win over AC Milan in February—where he saved a penalty from Christian Pulisic—Torino boss Paolo Vanoli described him as “underrated,” according to Tribal Football.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Milinkovic-Savic has a £19 million release clause for foreign clubs.
Whether Leeds are prepared to invest such a significant portion of their transfer budget on the experienced shot-stopper remains uncertain.
