“West Ham’s SHOCKING Bargain to Snag Premier League Star in JAW-DROPPING Return – You Won’t Believe the Price!”

West Ham United Make Surprise Move for Douglas Luiz

Douglas Luiz, 27, has endured a difficult spell in Italy, making just three Serie A starts for Juventus in a season where he failed to impress either Thiago Motta or Igor Tudor.

Just a year after his £42.35 million switch from Aston Villa to Juventus, the Brazilian midfielder is now being linked with a swift exit from the Allianz Stadium.

West Ham United are among several clubs showing interest, and recent developments suggest they might be in a strong position to land Luiz.

West Ham propose a loan with obligation to buy

Following Mohammed Kudus’ high-profile transfer to Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham are focused on rebuilding.

Chairman David Sullivan is seeking financially sensible options and appears to be pursuing a smart approach for Luiz.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (print edition, 12 July, page 14), Juventus are demanding around £34.5 million for Luiz. However, Sullivan is proposing a compromise:

an initial loan deal worth £8.6 million, followed by an obligation to buy for a fee between £21.6 million and £25.9 million.

This obligation would depend on certain conditions being met during Luiz’s loan spell in East London, though the specific triggers remain unclear.

Talks are ongoing as West Ham attempt to negotiate a discounted deal.

A major signing in the making for West Ham

West Ham are in dire need of midfield creativity following the departure of Kudus and with Lucas Paquetá potentially facing an FA ban. New boss Graham Potter could hardly hope for a more impactful signing than Luiz.

During his final campaign at Aston Villa, Luiz was exceptional—registering double digits in both goals and assists while playing a key role in guiding the club to Champions League qualification under Unai Emery.

Bringing in Luiz would not only add top-level experience but also help balance a midfield lacking in structure.

For the price West Ham are negotiating, the Brazilian could prove to be a bargain signing and a major boost for Potter’s new-look side.
