Tottenham Hotspur have been informed of the conditions required to sign Al-Ahli striker Ivan Toney in January, following reports of direct talks between the forward and his former Brentford boss, now Spurs manager, Thomas Frank.

According to TEAMtalk, Al-Ahli are reluctant to lose their top scorer mid-season but would consider negotiations under specific terms.
They value Toney at around £30 million, a fee that some clubs view as excessive.
Furthermore, the player faces a significant tax bill if he leaves Saudi Arabia permanently less than two years after joining, making a loan with an obligation to buy the most likely arrangement.
Tottenham are reportedly leading the race for Toney, viewing him as the ideal successor to Richarlison.
