Tottenham Hotspur are emerging as strong contenders to sign Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck, with reports suggesting the player is intrigued by a Premier League move following a rejected bid from West Ham last summer.
Spurs manager Thomas Frank is approaching his first January transfer window at the helm, which will also mark the first under co-sporting directors Fabio Paratici and Johan Lange.
Paratici, who worked in an advisory role after leaving his managing director position in 2023, has officially returned to the club following Daniel Levy’s exit.
He will handle transfer negotiations and high-profile deals, while Lange will focus on scouting, youth development, and data-driven recruitment.
According to Sky Sports, Paratici is already active behind the scenes identifying potential targets, including Brentford’s Kevin Schade, as Tottenham prepare to strengthen key areas this winter.
Central defence remains a particular priority, with Spurs previously linked to Nathan Ake and Manuel Akanji.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that both Bisseck and his representatives are open to a switch to Tottenham, while Inter Milan could sanction his departure to raise funds.
However, the Italian side reportedly value him at around £44 million—a figure Spurs may be reluctant to meet despite the club’s recent £100 million capital injection from the Lewis family.
