EVERTON’S INSANE JANUARY BOMBSHELL: PLOTTING TO SNATCH MAN UTD’S ‘ELITE’ SUPERSTAR IN SHOCK £100M RAID – HE’S THEIR ABSOLUTE NO.1 TARGET AND TEN HAG IS FUMING!

Everton are preparing to strengthen their attack in the January transfer window, with Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee emerging as a key target, according to Sky Sports reporter Rob Dorsett.
Despite an encouraging start to the 2025/26 Premier League campaign, the Toffees have slipped down the table and currently sit in the bottom half.
Their form has declined in recent weeks, exposing ongoing weaknesses in the squad despite a busy summer of recruitment.
Full-back remains an area of concern, while the lack of consistent goals has left Everton looking short of firepower up front.

In response, Everton are prioritising the signing of a new centre-forward.
Dorsett reports that Zirkzee is high on their shortlist, offering a contrasting style to current options Beto and Thierno Barry.
Ivan Toney is also being considered as an alternative target.
Zirkzee, hailed as “elite” by scout Ben Mattinson, would give David Moyes a more versatile and technically gifted option in attack.
The Dutch international is known for dropping deep to link play and create opportunities, rather than relying solely on runs behind defenders — something Everton have lacked in their current setup.
Since joining Manchester United from Bologna, Zirkzee’s time at Old Trafford has been difficult.
The 24-year-old has struggled for regular minutes under Ruben Amorim, with Benjamin Sesko and Matheus Cunha often preferred ahead of him in the striker role.
Although United invested heavily to secure his signature, the forward has yet to fully adapt to Premier League life.
With opportunities limited, a January move could benefit all parties involved. For Everton, Zirkzee represents the type of intelligent, link-up striker that could transform their attack and reignite their season.
