BOMBSHELL FROM FABRIZIO ROMANO: PSG & Juventus in SECRET £50m+ WAR for Aston Villa’s Zion Suzuki — Transfer Window About to EXPLODE!

Aston Villa could find themselves at the centre of another major transfer storyline as the race to sign Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki intensifies, with Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus pursuing the highly rated Japanese international under very different plans.
Suzuki has attracted widespread attention following an outstanding World Cup campaign with Japan.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper enhanced his reputation with a series of commanding displays, prompting several leading European clubs to monitor his situation.

Standing at 6ft 3in, the Parma star is now regarded as one of the continent’s most promising young shot-stoppers.
Leeds United were heavily linked with Suzuki earlier this summer as Daniel Farke searched for reinforcements between the posts. However, reports indicated that the Japan international decided against a move to Elland Road.
Leeds have since shifted their attention elsewhere, focusing their efforts on Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford as they attempt to finalise an agreement for the former Burnley number one.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa continue to monitor developments closely.
Unai Emery’s side view Suzuki as a potential long-term successor to Emiliano Martinez, whose future has remained uncertain for well over a year.
The Argentine has repeatedly been linked with a move away from Villa Park, leaving the Midlands club prepared to identify suitable replacements should an offer eventually materialise.
Although Villa remain interested, Juventus currently appear to be leading the race for Suzuki’s signature.
However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that PSG remain firmly in contention, despite offering the goalkeeper a very different pathway.
According to Romano, Juventus intend to make Suzuki their first-choice goalkeeper if they fail to land Martinez from Aston Villa.
The Italian giants continue to prioritise the Villa captain but have already submitted an offer to Parma for Suzuki as an alternative.
Negotiations between Juventus and Parma remain ongoing, with no agreement reached because the Serie A club believe the current proposal falls short of their valuation.
Nevertheless, Juventus are prepared to offer Suzuki an immediate starting role, making their proposal particularly attractive from a sporting perspective.
Paris Saint-Germain’s plans differ considerably. Romano explained that the French champions are keen to sign Suzuki but could immediately send him out on loan if Lucas Chevalier remains at the club.
With Matvey Safonov and Chevalier currently occupying the top goalkeeping positions, first-team opportunities would likely be limited for the Japanese international.
Romano explained that PSG would only consider keeping Suzuki in their senior squad if circumstances changed, otherwise a temporary move elsewhere would be the preferred solution while he continued his development.
As a result, Suzuki faces a significant career decision.
Juventus can offer regular first-team football and the opportunity to establish himself as their number one, while PSG can provide the prestige of joining one of Europe’s biggest clubs, albeit with the likelihood of spending time away on loan.
Parma are expected to resolve Suzuki’s future sooner rather than later, but Aston Villa’s involvement could still prove decisive.
Should Juventus fail in their pursuit of Martinez, their attention will turn fully towards Suzuki, potentially shaping the futures of all three clubs before the transfer window closes.
