Leeds United are actively searching for a new winger following the departure of star player Crysencio Summerville to Premier League side West Ham.
Numerous players have been linked with Leeds since then. The club has funds available and aims to invest wisely in their next star winger.
Initially, Norwich City star Jonathan Rowe was a target, but it appears Marseille is now leading the race for his signature.
Leeds have also been linked with Crystal Palace prospect Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, initially focusing on a loan deal.
However, it is now reported that Leeds have made a substantial permanent bid for the 21-year-old.
Reporter Alan Nixon, writing on his Patreon, states that Leeds United have made a significant £15 million offer to acquire Rak-Sakyi from Crystal Palace.
Despite this, the move is unlikely to progress as the Eagles are expected to reject the bid. Crystal Palace prefers to loan out Rak-Sakyi, with Sheffield United leading the race for his temporary services.
Championship rivals Hull City are also interested in a loan deal, but Leeds have presented a substantial upfront payment and bonuses in their offer.
