Medical Completed: Leeds Transfer Update as Third Tottenham Deal Set to Be Made ‘Official’ – Report

Manor Solomon has passed his Leeds United medical and is set to join the club on loan before the deadline, reports Shay Lugassi.

On August 25, The Barca Times reported via X that the Tottenham Hotspur forward had passed medical tests ahead of his “official transfer” to Elland Road.

The 25-year-old is set to join Daniel Farke’s squad on a season-long loan, with no option for a permanent move [David Ornstein, August 24].

This will be the third deal Leeds United have completed with Spurs during the transfer window, following the sale of Archie Gray and the permanent signing of Joe Rodon.

Daniel Farke is set to acquire a new attacker for Leeds United on loan.

The club has left it until the final week before the deadline, but they seem to be finalizing some crucial deals.

It remains to be seen whether players like Solomon or Largie Ramazani can match the performances of Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter, who have departed for West Ham and Brighton, respectively.

Farke is also aiming to bring in another full-back and a midfielder before the transfer window closes to strengthen his squad for a promotion push [The Athletic, August 16].

According to the Daily Mail on August 24, a new striker is also being considered, but completing all these transactions before the deadline will be challenging.

Solomon could be a valuable addition for Farke as he looks to recover from a season marred by injuries and limited to just six appearances for Spurs.

However, the German manager is tasked with rebuilding the campaign at Elland Road after a slow start for the second consecutive year, amid instability in the final weeks of the transfer window.
