Leeds United

Club chief suggests anything is possible amid reports that Leeds want to sign a player compared to David Beckham.

Leeds United have lost several key players this summer but have made strides in finding replacements.

Largie Ramazani joined Elland Road last week, and now Leeds United are working on a deal to sign Tottenham’s Manor Solomon.

A midfielder remains a priority for manager Daniel Farke, and with that in mind, a club official has suggested that Leeds could still make a move for another rumored target.

Leeds United Could Still Sign Dejan Ljubicic

Leeds United have been in discussions to sign Dejan Ljubicic in recent weeks, but the negotiations seemed to have stalled.

However, Koln’s sporting director, Thomas Kessler, recently hinted that a move could still be possible.

“We want to keep Dejo and have made that clear. But nothing is ruled out in football,” Kessler said.

This statement gives Leeds a glimmer of hope, but they would need to improve their offer after an initial £3.4 million bid was rejected.

It’s believed that Ljubicic is interested in moving to Elland Road.

Dejan Ljubicic Profile

Dejan Ljubicic, often compared to David Beckham for his technical ability, brings versatility and skill to the field, although he isn’t of the same level.

The 26-year-old midfielder is known for his excellent technique and ability to score from midfield, as demonstrated by some of his past goals.

Ljubicic can play as a number six, an attacking midfielder, or a right midfielder, making him a valuable addition who would provide Farke with depth in multiple positions.
