Everton Target Lyon Striker After Mangala Signing, Approach Made – Report
According to L'Equipe, Everton are looking to sign Lyon striker Ernest Nuamah before the August 30 deadline.

According to a report published on August 28, Everton would need to pay around £25.2 million to sign the player.
Nottingham Forest and two Saudi Pro League clubs have also expressed interest in the 20-year-old, with inquiries made regarding his potential exit.
With Orel Mangala also expected to join on a loan-to-buy deal [Florian Plettenberg], Ernest Nuamah could be another addition from Lyon.
Everton should consider signing Ernest Nuamah before August 30.
The club has already made numerous changes this summer, bringing in several new players.
Recent acquisitions include Iliman Ndiaye and former Napoli star Jesper Lindstrom [Shamoon Hafez, August 5], aimed at bolstering their attacking options.

Strengthening the attack has been a priority, especially with the possibility of Dominic Calvert-Lewin leaving, which would necessitate the signing of another striker.
Although spending over £25 million on the 20-year-old Ghanaian could be a gamble, given that he has yet to play more than one season in Europe’s top five leagues, it might be a risk worth taking.
Last season, he contributed to a total of five goals, indicating that he still has room for development.
However, considering the potential he showed at Lyon, investing in the young talent could pay off for Everton in the long run.
