Everton Makes Multi-Million Bid for Third Summer Signing: Pre-Season Update
According to El Comercio, Everton Target Angelo Preciado Joins Sparta Prague for Pre-Season Training Post-Copa America

A news outlet reported on July 20 that the 26-year-old is preparing for a new season with his Czech club, but he might be moving elsewhere soon.
Everton has made a £7.5 million bid for the Ecuadorian right-back, who is keen on joining Goodison Park [Safak Malatya, July 19]. If signed, he would be Everton’s third summer signing after Iliman Ndiaye and Tim Iroegbunam.
Angelo Preciado may need to leave his pre-season training to discuss terms with Everton. The club might request the Ecuador international to travel to Merseyside for negotiations. Preciado could serve as a long-term replacement for Seamus Coleman, making this transfer a priority.
The 26-year-old right-back, with experience in the Copa America and European leagues, fits the profile of a player capable of succeeding Coleman. His eagerness to move to Goodison Park works in Everton’s favor, signaling his willingness to join the club.
With Ashley Young not being a viable option and Nathan Patterson’s injury casting doubt on his future performance, securing Preciado could be crucial. This transfer has the potential to be a significant addition to the team, strengthening their defensive options.
