Breaking news: This unheralded rookie has the potential to shake up the Broncos’ running back squad.

Blake Watson made it clear to every NFL team that they can count on him without any worries. Throughout meetings with team representatives, starting from the East-West Shrine Bowl and continuing through the pre-draft process, he emphasized this point.

“I’m a low-maintenance guy,” Watson stated during January’s productive week of Shrine Bowl practices. “You won’t need to fret about me. My focus is solely on the team.”

While Blake Watson isn’t flawless, he’s still impressive. Standing at 5-foot-9, he confessed to facing consequences for missing a workout, recalling a mishap during his freshman year when he set his alarm for P.M. instead of A.M.

“Six years in college, never got in trouble,” he remarked. However, his productivity on the field speaks volumes. Watson has emerged as one of the most prolific runners in recent years, steadily increasing his scrimmage yardage over the past four seasons, culminating in a peak of 1,632 yards last season.

Additionally, he has established himself as one of the top pass-catching backs in FBS.
