Takeover Incoming: Keith Jackson Hails ‘Encouraging’ Cavenagh Sign for Rangers

And that’s the intention. If it’s not done by the end of this month, then I’d be quite surprised.”

As the deal edges closer, it couldn’t come soon enough for Rangers, with Ferguson beginning to understand the scale of the job in front of him.

While the interim boss has helped guide the team into the Europa League quarter-finals, domestic performances have fallen short of expectations.
