“‘Daniel Levy Would Offer’: Darren Ambrose Urges Tottenham to Sign ‘Great Defender’ Targeted by West Ham”

Sources have told HITC that West Ham are keen on signing Max Kilman from Wolves, where he previously worked under Lopetegui. Former Premier League midfielder Darren Ambrose expressed his desire to see Kilman at Tottenham, calling the 27-year-old a “great defender” and praising his reliability.
Ambrose highlighted Kilman’s consistency, noting that the ball-playing defender has missed only one Premier League game in two seasons. He suggested that Kilman could provide Spurs with “five years” of quality, as he mentioned on talkSPORT.
“I really like Max Kilman,” said Ambrose. “He is a great defender, first and foremost, and technically good as well. It doesn’t surprise me that clubs are interested in him.
“The price is £45 million. It’s crazy to say that such a figure is reasonable, but that’s football today. I would take him at Spurs for £45 million. Levy would probably offer £2 million and a bag of crisps or something. At 27, you’re probably getting four or five good years out of him. He’s almost ever-present, having missed only one Premier League game in the last two seasons, so he stays fit.”
Both teams faced defensive struggles in the recent campaign, despite contrasting playing styles. Spurs played an expansive game under Postecoglou, while Moyes’s West Ham adopted a more defensive approach, which contributed to his departure from the London Stadium.
