Doctor Provides Detailed Update on West Ham Striker Michail Antonio’s Recovery.
West Ham's Michail Antonio to Focus on Fracture Recovery in the Coming Months, Says Dr. Rajpal Brar.

The timeline for his return will depend on various factors, including the severity and type of the fracture, the nature of the surgery, and other specifics, according to an injury expert.
The Jamaica international is anticipated to spend several months sidelined following the serious accident.
In an exclusive interview with West Ham Zone, Brar, a Physical Therapy specialist and Sports Scientist, explained: “We know he has suffered a lower limb fracture.
Considering it occurred during a high-speed motor vehicle accident (MVA) — as suggested by the images — it’s a significant injury.
“The timeline depends on the severity and type of fracture.
Are there multiple fractures? Do they involve joints, arteries, or nerves? What kind of surgery was required?

“High-speed MVAs that necessitate airlifting often indicate severe injuries and surgery, which could result in several months of recovery.
“The next phase, which may last weeks or months depending on the injury’s extent, will focus on recovery, allowing the fractures to heal, and physiotherapy to maintain range of motion and strength.
“Once cleared, he can work on mobility and strength.
The key to his return will be the severity of the injury and its impact on movement and pain levels.
Progress will be gradual until higher levels of movement can be evaluated.”
West Ham striker Michail Antonio now faces a challenging recovery.
The crash images highlight the gravity of the situation, signaling a long and difficult path back.
Optimistically, the worst may already be behind him, and his journey toward resuming first-team football could be underway.
Fans eagerly await updates, and news about his progress should be available soon.
