David Moyes is preparing to enter the winter transfer market in search of another centre-forward, with Thierno Barry and Beto currently struggling to deliver the necessary firepower.

Ivan Toney is understood to be one of the forwards Moyes admires, but Everton News columnist Alan Myers has suggested that a move for the Brentford striker is improbable.

Another name linked with a switch to Goodison Park is Troy Parrott, and the Republic of Ireland international has now received a glowing endorsement from Toffees veteran Seamus Coleman.
