This proposal has reportedly come from Leicester City, led by Steve Cooper, who have offered €30 million plus €5 million in bonuses for the Argentine U21 international. Juventus’ technical director, Cristiano Giuntoli, is said to have approved the offer.
However, the player, Matías Soulé, needs to be persuaded. He prefers to stay in Italy and join Roma to play under Daniele De Rossi. Despite his desire, Roma is not willing to match Leicester’s financial proposal.
In summary, while Soulé wishes to move to Roma, Leicester City is offering more money than Roma.
