Everton’s Loan Fee for Jesper Lindstrom Revealed

Lindstrom is poised to undergo a medical examination before completing his move from Napoli to Everton on an initial loan arrangement.

This deal includes an option for Everton to make the transfer permanent, potentially bringing the total cost to €25 million.

Initially hesitant about relocating to Merseyside, the attacking midfielder ultimately agreed to the transfer on Tuesday. As reported by Italian publication Tutto Mercato, Everton will pay Napoli a €3 million loan fee for Lindstrom’s services.

The Danish player has been a priority target for Everton, and the club is keen to finalize his acquisition in the coming hours.

Should Everton decide to make Lindstrom’s move permanent after his loan period, they will be required to pay an additional €22 million to Napoli. This brings the overall potential expenditure for the player to €25 million.

Lindstrom faced limited playing time at Napoli last season, prompting his decision to join Everton in hopes of reviving his career.

The Merseyside club sees significant potential in the Danish midfielder and aims to benefit from his skills and experience as they strengthen their squad for the upcoming season.
