David Moyes has made signing a right-winger a key focus this summer following the departures of Jack Harrison and Jesper Lindstrom.

Dortmund would be open to a second loan deal, but Chelsea are only willing to consider a permanent transfer—giving Everton a second chance to secure a long-term target.

Chukwuemeka has been compared to Jude Bellingham due to his athleticism and ability to carry the ball forward.

According to the Daily Mail, Dortmund had tracked him since his days at Aston Villa, believing he could develop along a similar path to the current Real Madrid star.

Standing at 6ft 2in, Chukwuemeka is versatile, capable of playing as a box-to-box midfielder or a number 10—qualities that would add depth and flexibility to Moyes’ midfield.

Chelsea previously valued the England youth international at £40 million, but that figure is expected to have dropped following his mixed loan spell in Germany.

In addition to Chukwuemeka, Everton also remain interested in Manchester City’s James McAtee.
