Exclusive: Fabrizio Romano Addresses West Ham and Saudi Transfer Links to Roma Star

Transfer News Journalist Fabrizio Romano Offers Latest Update on Roma Striker Tammy Abraham Amid West Ham and Saudi Pro League Links

Speaking exclusively to CaughtOffside in his latest Daily Briefing column, Fabrizio Romano discussed AC Milan’s recent interest in Tammy Abraham, which has since cooled as the club shifts its focus to other targets.

Romano also suggested that the reported links to West Ham and Saudi clubs have been somewhat exaggerated, with no concrete or advanced negotiations currently underway.

Abraham had a promising start at Roma but has struggled to maintain his form recently, making it understandable that the club might consider offloading the former Chelsea striker.

Regarding Abraham’s potential transfer, Romano provided the following update: “Despite reports, I’m not aware of anything imminent for Abraham.

I don’t have confirmation on West Ham, and for Saudi there are different movements now, so it’s not something close or concrete.

Abraham has been high on Milan’s list for weeks, but they decided to invest in different positions.”

It appears challenging for Roma to find suitors for Abraham, but the situation might develop further in the final two weeks of the transfer window.

Given his current standing, it’s difficult to envision him staying and playing regularly at the Stadio Olimpico.
