With that in mind, West Ham see a move to Saudi Arabia as a more profitable route.
The Hammers signed Kudus from Ajax for nearly £40 million in 2023, and a Saudi bid could deliver a sizeable return.
The Saudi Pro League has been actively targeting Premier League players, particularly attacking talents.
They previously attempted a record bid for Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma and successfully signed Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran.
More bids are expected this summer, with Kudus now a top target.
Kudus’s openness to the move makes this option even more viable.
As Saudi clubs prepare for another aggressive transfer window, West Ham see this potential sale as a key part of their summer strategy.
