“Jamie Vardy to RULE Leicester City FOREVER? SHOCKING Post-Retirement Plan Will Leave You Speechless!”
Jamie Vardy Set for Move, But Leicester Should Welcome Him Back in Any Post-Retirement Role

Leicester City should offer Jamie Vardy any role he desires after retirement, according to Ruud van Nistelrooy, who encouraged the club to follow PSV Eindhoven’s example.
Though Vardy is currently seeking a new club for the final years of his playing career, van Nistelrooy believes his story with Leicester isn’t finished.
He insists Vardy “belongs” at the club and should be welcomed back when he retires.

Van Nistelrooy’s own post-retirement path serves as a model. After hanging up his boots, he began coaching at PSV, the club where he rose to prominence before joining Manchester United.
PSV supported him in developing his new career, eventually leading to his appointment as first-team manager.
While Vardy may not be considering management yet, van Nistelrooy believes Leicester should ensure they are his first choice if he ever decides to pursue such a path.
“We didn’t speak about management,” van Nistelrooy said, recalling a conversation with Vardy, “but I think it’s very important to keep your club legends close.”
He stressed the need for clubs to maintain strong ties with former players.
“You have to keep that relationship close and intense to really be part of his future after his playing days.”
Van Nistelrooy recalled how PSV supported his transition: “Are you looking into coaching, managing, being an ambassador, scouting—whatever it is, that part must be looked after within the club.”
He concluded confidently: “I have no doubts Leicester will do that.”
