“Raskin has two years left on his contract at Ibrox, but with new American owners coming in, they might already be looking at trying to extend that.”

Aston Villa and Leeds United have reportedly expressed interest in Raskin, which comes as no surprise given his strong performances for both Rangers and Belgium [TEAMtalk].
