As Everton undergoes a major restructuring, head of academy and player pathways, James Vaughan, is now set to depart.

Toffees insider Bobble reported the news on X (30 March).

Vaughan remains the youngest-ever goalscorer in Premier League history, having netted for Everton against Crystal Palace in April 2005 at just 16 years and 271 days old.

After retiring, the former striker returned to Goodison Park in a board-level role but is now preparing to step away from his current position with the club.

Moyes Aiming for a Merseyside Derby Triumph

Everton have undergone significant personnel changes this season, the most notable being the sacking of former manager Sean Dyche and the return of club legend David Moyes.

The decision has proven successful, with Moyes securing Everton’s Premier League status in a way that may not have been achievable under Dyche.
