According to HITC, Tottenham forward Manor Solomon is still on track to join Leeds United, despite interest from Leicester City.
Writing on their website [24 August], the outlet reported that Leeds United managed to fend off competition from Ipswich Town, Sheffield United, and Norwich City to secure the signature of Israeli winger Manor Solomon.
Leeds manager Daniel Farke has assured fans that more transfers will happen before the August 30 deadline [Sky Sports].
As Solomon undergoes his medical ahead of a loan move, Farke is already looking at alternative targets [Paul O Keefe].
Leeds United Win the Race for Manor Solomon
Solomon has had a challenging time in England since his loan move to Fulham in 2022.
His season was marred by injuries, but his performances still earned him a permanent move to the Premier League with Tottenham the following year.
The 25-year-old was a standout player for Shakhtar Donetsk and hopes to replicate his Ukrainian form at Elland Road this season.
