The 26-year-old has been a consistent presence in the Bundesliga and was identified as someone who could provide both physicality and composure in central midfield.
The same publication has now confirmed that discussions are still ongoing.
Initial reports indicated that any deal for Stach would be complicated, and two weeks later, that remains the case.
However, within the club, there’s growing belief that patience could pay off in the end—though this optimism is not necessarily shared by a fan base growing increasingly impatient for updates.
