This amount is said to be close to the upper limit of Leeds’ valuation for the player.

Personal terms with Longstaff are already in place, and Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that a medical is expected imminently.

The signing of Longstaff would bring more than just depth to the Leeds midfield. At 27, he’s a physically robust, hard-working midfielder with a strong engine and an eye for goal—exactly the kind of profile Leeds have been targeting.
