This summer, Tottenham has brought in five new players, the latest being Wilson Odobert.
However, the club’s transfer activities have been dominated by departures, with 12 players leaving, including Jamie Donley, who was loaned to Leyton Orient.
Now, it seems Leicester City is eyeing a Tottenham player whose future at the club is uncertain.
Spurs remain active in the transfer market and are reportedly preparing a £27 million bid for Monaco defender Vanderson. Nevertheless, several players might still exit before the transfer window closes.
According to journalist Tom Barclay, Leicester is interested in signing Tottenham midfielder Oliver Skipp.
The Englishman, part of a crowded midfield at Hotspur Way, faces limited opportunities in the new season.
Skipp was previously offered to Wolves in a part-exchange deal for Pedro Neto, but Wolves preferred Chelsea’s cash-only offer.
Despite this, Skipp has stayed at the club and even featured at center-back during pre-season under Postecoglou.
A product of the Tottenham academy, Skipp showed promise during his loan spell at Norwich City in the Championship.
However, since returning to Spurs, the 23-year-old has struggled to secure a regular spot in the starting XI.
With only five Premier League starts last season, his development has stalled.
A move away from Tottenham appears to be the best solution for all involved, and Skipp could potentially reunite with former teammate Harry Winks at Leicester City.
