The current Everton squad is arguably one of the weakest the club has ever had, and keeping them in the Premier League would be a massive task for any manager.

With Everton having recorded their worst start to a Premier League season, Dyche’s position appears increasingly precarious.

If Moyes were to take over and manage to steer the club away from relegation, it would be a remarkable feat, further solidifying his credentials as a top-level manager.
