The Dutchman is reportedly available for around £17m and has been described as an ambitious and smart signing for Farke’s squad.
Flemming impressed during Burnley’s 2025/26 Premier League campaign despite the club suffering relegation.
He scored 11 goals while starting just 21 league matches, demonstrating his ability to make an impact even when not selected from the beginning.
His nine non-penalty goals were five more than Nmecha managed, while he also outperformed his expected-goals figure.
Flemming additionally recorded stronger numbers in both ground and aerial duels, highlighting his physical presence.
At 27, Flemming offers Premier League experience, goalscoring ability and versatility as both a starter and substitute.
Signing him would give Calvert-Lewin genuine competition while providing Leeds with a more clinical attacking option.
With a potential £17m price tag, Leeds should seriously consider pushing through a deal for Flemming before the transfer window closes.
