Exclusive: Everton in Transfer Talks for Midfielder, Eyeing Former Premier League Star
Everton in Talks with Inner Circle of Strasbourg's Talented Midfielder Habib Diarra, Sources Reveal

The highly-rated Senegal international has excelled in Ligue 1 and is now open to a Premier League transfer this summer.
However, he will not push to leave as he respects his current employers’ decisions. Therefore, Everton must first agree on a deal with Strasbourg, CaughtOffside understands.
Sources indicate that Strasbourg has set a price tag of around €30-35m for Diarra but are not keen on selling during this summer’s transfer window.
It remains to be seen how far these talks will progress.
Everton will likely need to be cautious with their spending this summer due to Financial Fair Play issues, which led to a points deduction last season.
However, the sale of Amadou Onana to Aston Villa should provide them with some financial leeway.
Everton’s transfer plans may also involve signing a new striker. Although nothing is advanced at the moment, sources suggest interest in Roma’s Tammy Abraham and Juventus’ Arkadiusz Milik.

Roma has set a price tag of about €27-30m for Abraham, who is open to returning to the Premier League after a mixed spell in Italy.
The former Chelsea striker is also an option for Tottenham, West Ham, and Aston Villa, all of whom are exploring the market for forward solutions ahead of the new season.
Abraham might prefer one of those clubs as it could offer him the chance to compete for a European place, whereas Everton might be facing another challenging season in the lower half of the Premier League table.
