“Rangers Set to SHOCK Fans with MEGA Signing Reveal on Monday – Deal DONE, You Won’t Believe Who It Is!”

Rangers Poised to Announce the Signing of Djeidi Gassama as Deal Nears Completion

Rangers have secured the signing of Sheffield Wednesday winger Gassama, capitalising on the Owls’ financial struggles which forced them to offload players quickly.

Gassama had emerged as a key target in recent weeks, and now the move has been finalised, with the player signing his contract at Ibrox ahead of an official unveiling.

The 22-year-old has joined Rangers from the Championship, and his arrival marks one of several attacking reinforcements being lined up by the club this summer.

According to reporter Mark Hendry via his Substack on July 14, the deal has been completed with all paperwork signed, and an official announcement is expected later on Monday evening.

Gassama brings with him strong credentials from the English second tier, having impressed last season with seven goals despite playing in a struggling Sheffield Wednesday side.

Known for his pace and direct style, he promises to add much-needed speed and goal threat to Rangers’ front line.

His signing is seen as a significant boost, with manager Russell Martin aiming to inject more dynamism into the squad following inconsistent attacking displays last season.

Gassama may not be the only wide player arriving this summer, with Crystal Palace’s Jesurun Rak-Sakyi also reportedly on Rangers’ radar.

However, while the wings are being bolstered, questions remain about the striker position.

Both Cyriel Dessers and Hamza Igamane face uncertain futures, meaning Rangers may still dip into the market for a new centre-forward to complement their incoming wingers.

It’s been a promising transfer window so far for Martin, who is shaping a more energetic and dangerous attack ahead of the Champions League qualifiers later this month.

Gassama’s arrival is another step in that direction—an exciting addition with the potential to make an immediate impact.
