Everton Revive Interest in Tom Fellows
As reported in today’s Sunday Mirror (page 69), Everton are set to submit a fresh bid for West Bromwich Albion winger Tom Fellows this summer.
In January, Everton made a late £10m bid for Fellows, but the Friedkin Group withdrew to conserve funds.
Moyes remains a strong admirer of the 21-year-old, who has contributed 13 goal involvements in 34 appearances.
Fellows is also open to a move to Merseyside, making a deal likely if West Brom’s £20m valuation is met.
Southampton Also in the Race
Everton face competition from Southampton, who are also tracking Fellows.
However, with relegation looming, their chances of securing his signature seem slim unless they can outbid Everton.
Given the Friedkin Group’s financial strength, this scenario appears unlikely.
As things stand, Moyes and his recruitment team are well-positioned to bring the England U21 international to Goodison Park.
