Adam Hlozek played 36 games in all competitions for Bayer Leverkusen last season, contributing 12 goals as the German club achieved a historic domestic double and reached the Europa League final.
The Czech Republic international has had a notable journey to this point, becoming the youngest debutant in Sparta Prague’s history at just 16 years, three months, and 16 days old.
In the 2020/21 season, Hlozek won the Golden Boot for Sparta despite missing four months due to injury, sharing the award with Jan Kuchta as both players scored 15 goals.
