SHOCKING PHONE LEAK: “I JUST GOT OFF THE CALL…” – Journalist DROPS BOMBSHELL! Tottenham Set to HIJACK €100M ‘BIG NAME’ SUPERSTAR in JANUARY – YOUR JAW WILL DROP!

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering a January move for Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo, according to The Daily Briefing.
The 21-year-old made it clear over the summer that he wanted to leave Old Trafford, but United blocked any potential loan move.
Since then, Mainoo has struggled for minutes under Rúben Amorim, featuring for less than 150 minutes across all competitions this season.
His only start came in the Carabao Cup, where United were embarrassingly knocked out by Grimsby Town on penalties.

Mainoo has not played for England since September 2024 and has been left out of Thomas Tuchel’s squads for over a year.
At United, he is seen primarily as competition for Bruno Fernandes, leaving him trapped behind the captain in the pecking order and unable to dislodge either Casemiro or Manuel Ugarte.
Journalist Marc Brus reports that Spurs are among several clubs closely monitoring Mainoo’s situation, alongside Chelsea, Newcastle, Leeds, and Napoli—the latter having made the most concrete steps toward a potential move.
While United would prefer to keep the young midfielder, they might be forced into the market for reinforcements if he pushes for an exit.
The Red Devils are long-term admirers of Carlos Baleba of Brighton and Adam Wharton of Crystal Palace, but both are unlikely to leave mid-season. Should United sign a midfielder, Mainoo could finally be allowed to depart.
Tottenham, meanwhile, are short of midfield options. With James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski injured and Rodrigo Bentancur facing recurring fitness issues, Thomas Frank is eager for reinforcements.
Mainoo’s technical quality and ball progression would provide much-needed depth and creativity for Spurs’ evolving midfield setup.
