West Ham Propose Deal for Leeds’ Crysencio Summerville Amid Roma Interest

According to Fabrizio Romano, West Ham have submitted a formal proposal to Leeds United for their Dutch star, Crysencio Summerville. The 22-year-old winger, who was named last season’s EFL Championship Player of the Year, has attracted interest from several clubs this summer following a remarkable campaign at Elland Road.

Summerville tallied 21 goals and 10 assists across all competitions, cementing his reputation as one of the league’s standout talents.

West Ham’s interest in the former Feyenoord and Den Haag player is concrete, but Leeds are demanding a high price for the winger.

Talks have already taken place, but the move is reportedly still in the early stages. Transfermarkt currently values Summerville at around €20m, though Leeds are expected to ask for much more than that estimated price tag.

Serie A giants AS Roma are also keen on Summerville, but they have other targets on their shortlist, including Juventus talent Matías Soulé. Earlier this year, top clubs like PSG, Liverpool, and Tottenham all had Summerville on their radar.

If West Ham are willing to meet Leeds’ asking price, they could well secure the signature of the talented attacker, potentially winning the race against their competitors.
