Matija Frigan Given Fitness Green Light Ahead of Potential Rangers Move

Dr. Rajpal Brar, a physical therapy doctor and sports scientist, has assessed Matija Frigan’s fitness as the Croatian striker edges closer to a potential move to Rangers.

Frigan, 22, enjoyed a solid campaign with Westerlo last season, scoring 14 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions.

Despite the physical demands of the season, Dr. Brar confirmed that Frigan remained injury-free and regularly featured for his side, often completing full matches.

Rangers are reportedly ready to submit a £6 million bid for Frigan, hoping to secure him as their main striker for the upcoming campaign.

Speaking to Ibrox News, Dr. Brar noted that while Frigan is unlikely to face any issues during his medical, he may need time to adapt to the physical and tactical demands of Scottish football.

“The UK style of play is intense and can take some adjusting to,” Dr. Brar said.
