Everton Likely to Maintain Frequent Contact with Leeds United This Summer
Angus Kinnear has been relieved of his duties at Leeds United ahead of his expected appointment as Everton’s Chief Executive Officer in early June.
It now appears that Nick Hammond could also be making the move from Leeds to Merseyside.

The Yorkshire club is reportedly interested in signing Everton striker Beto as they prepare for a crucial summer transfer window.

Strengthening their attacking options is a priority, and they are said to be willing to spend up to £30 million on Beto.
However, former Everton scout Bryan King is skeptical that any deal will materialize.
Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, King stated, “I don’t think there would be a deal between the two clubs.
I wouldn’t want to leave Everton for Leeds just because they’ve been promoted – they could just as easily be relegated. I don’t see that move happening, and not because Kinnear is going to Everton.
Why would he help Leeds? And why would Everton want to lose a striker who scores goals? Beto has two years left on his deal, so unless Leeds are offering something like £80 million, I’d reject it.”
The situation becomes more complex for Everton, as striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin appears set to depart the club.
This could mean that Beto will be even more important to their plans moving forward unless they sign a replacement.
However, with only two years remaining on his contract, Everton may need to consider selling Beto if he shows no intention of renewing his deal.
