“SHOCKING SNUB! Premier League Boss BANISHES £35M Star from Squad in DRAMATIC Everton Transfer Twist!”

Toffees could gain advantage in pursuit of transfer target

Everton have prioritised strengthening their attack in recent weeks, but David Moyes is now expected to turn his focus towards other areas of the squad.

Despite the club’s ongoing interest in Tyler Dibling, Monday night’s clash with Leeds United could reveal much about how the manager views his current options.

One name that has been linked with Everton is Douglas Luiz, although the Brazilian midfielder looks set to complete a move to Nottingham Forest instead.

This means Moyes and Angus Kinnear are keeping alternative options in mind, and one player has recently emerged as a possible target.

Yves Bissouma’s situation at Tottenham Hotspur has sparked fresh speculation. Reports on Saturday suggested that Everton are monitoring the midfielder closely, particularly after he was left out of Spurs’ squad once again.

Earlier in the week, Thomas Frank had already omitted Bissouma from the team that faced Paris Saint-Germain in the Super Cup due to disciplinary issues.

Although Frank confirmed during his Friday press conference that the Mali international had served his internal suspension, the £35 million signing was still not included in the matchday squad against Burnley.

This absence has only intensified rumours of a potential move.

Bissouma, who impressed in Tottenham’s Europa League final triumph earlier this year, is seen by many Everton supporters as a player who could add real energy and quality to their midfield. However, concerns remain about his off-field conduct.

Ange Postecoglou had previously suspended the midfielder for disciplinary reasons during his time at Spurs, raising questions about whether Moyes would be willing to take the gamble.

While the talent and physical presence of Bissouma are clear, his track record for discipline issues might make Everton cautious.

Even so, with the club eager to strengthen and fans calling for a dynamic addition in midfield, Bissouma remains a name to watch.

If Moyes believes he can manage the player effectively, Everton could yet make a bold move before the window closes.
