Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly in the market for a new wide forward and have been linked with several targets in recent weeks.

With Mbeumo and Semenyo now out of reach, Tottenham have turned their attention to West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus. According to Fabrizio Romano via X, Spurs have expressed a “genuine interest” in the Ghanaian attacker.

Tottenham have already initiated discussions with Kudus’ representatives, and the player is said to be open to a move. Although other clubs are also in the race, Kudus’ willingness to join gives Spurs a slight advantage.

While the forward reportedly has an £85 million release clause in his contract, Tottenham are aiming to secure a deal in the region of £50 million.

However, West Ham are holding out for around £65 million, as Kudus still has three years remaining on his current deal.

Kudus is a versatile attacker capable of playing on both flanks or in an attacking midfield role. Known for his pace, strength, close control, and ability to beat defenders in tight spaces, he also possesses a powerful shot from distance.
