BREAKING: Newcastle Fans Plunge Into PURE DREAMLAND as ABSOLUTELY INSANE Joe Willock Transfer Bombshell Emerges!
Newcastle United's handling of Joe Willock raises serious questions

Newcastle United’s handling of Joe Willock’s future has raised eyebrows after the club reportedly placed a hefty asking price on the midfielder despite his uncertain long-term situation at St James’ Park.
The Magpies have allowed Willock to enter the final 12 months of his current contract without offering fresh terms.
As things stand, the 26-year-old will be free to negotiate with overseas clubs from January and could leave for nothing in June 2027 if a new agreement is not reached.
Willock appeared destined to leave Tyneside earlier this year after slipping down Eddie Howe’s midfield pecking order.
The former Arsenal man struggled for regular starts throughout last season, making just 10 Premier League starts as injuries and increased competition reduced his influence within the squad.
Despite that, Newcastle’s lack of midfield depth has seen him feature prominently during pre-season preparations.
While the club remains open to trimming the squad before the transfer window closes, their current stance over Willock appears to contradict that objective.
Reports earlier this summer suggested the midfielder was expected to depart before the new campaign begins, with several clubs monitoring his situation.
Turkish side Besiktas recently attempted to take advantage by submitting a bid believed to be worth £10 million.
However, Newcastle quickly rejected the proposal.
The Magpies are reportedly demanding around £25m before they will consider sanctioning a sale, a valuation many observers believe is unrealistic given Willock’s contract status and limited playing time over the past year.
With the clock ticking on his deal, insisting on such a high fee could ultimately backfire if no club is willing to meet Newcastle’s demands.
Losing the midfielder for nothing in the future would represent a disappointing financial outcome, particularly when interest already exists this summer.
Sporting director Ross Wilson has played a leading role in Newcastle’s recruitment and transfer strategy during the current window, with the club maintaining a firm position over several outgoing players.
Meanwhile, Newcastle could soon face another significant midfield decision involving Bruno Guimaraes.
Arsenal remain determined to sign the Brazil international after seeing an initial £70m offer rejected.
Discussions between the two clubs have continued through intermediaries, and negotiations are expected to progress over the coming days.
Newcastle are reportedly prepared to sell if Arsenal increase their bid to around £80m.
Guimaraes is understood to be open to the move and is keen to join the Gunners before the start of the new season.
If Arsenal meet Newcastle’s valuation, the Magpies are expected to approve the transfer, bringing an end to one of the summer’s biggest transfer sagas while reshaping Eddie Howe’s midfield options ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
