Cooper, already facing challenges at Leicester, had to keep an eye on the 12 Foxes players away on international duty over the past two weeks.
When asked about any fresh injury concerns during his pre-Palace press conference, Cooper said: “No. The players have come back from international duty.
Some of them are still recovering, and some of them had long trips.
Bobby [De Cordova-Reid] is still not with us. Every team will lose a lot of players and stagger their returns, and we’re no different.”
De Cordova-Reid unlikely to feature heavily against Crystal Palace
De Cordova-Reid, who joined Leicester on a free transfer this summer after his Fulham contract ended, has struggled to make an impact.
After starting the first two games in left midfield, he was benched against Aston Villa, only featuring in the 89th minute.
After traveling the furthest of any Leicester player for international duty, representing Jamaica, and playing against Cuba and Honduras, De Cordova-Reid is expected back on Friday. It would be surprising if Cooper gives him a significant role this weekend.
